Oracle CC&B Consultant San Francisco, CA

Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) Consultant 12 month + contract
Consultant responsible for the development of functional and technical characteristics of an electric utility Customer Care & Billing solution based on the Oracle Utilities CC&B platform recently acquired from SPL Worldgroup.
Skills:
1. 3 -5 years of experience in Utilities industry Customer Information Systems (CIS) – both customer care (contact centers, customer relationship management, etc) and utility customer billing and meter data management solutions.
2. 3 – 5 years in Oracle Utilities CC&B product or previously from SPL Worldgroup’s CIS / CC&B solution for utilities.
3. Multiple project lifecycles (design and/or implementation) with the Oracle Utilities CC&B platform. Preference is on the most recent Oracle architecture and application build out but could include lifecycles with the original SPL Worldgroup solution.

Min Yrs and Type of Experience:
Minimum of 3 – 5 years experience related to electric utilities functional process design, consulting, implementations in customer care & billing.

Secondary Skills
Related business processes and integration experience between CC&B, call center IRVU technologies, customer service dispatch and service order management, meter data management and overall customer service operations.
