Our client that is experiencing great customer growth and profitability is expanding their software development organization. We are currently looking for a strong C#.Net Developer. The C#.Net Developer will build an API to integrate Business Objects with Java and other .Net applications. This a six month contract to hire opportunity in the Buckhead area of Atlanta, GA.
Responsibilities:
The C#.NET developer will work with the Business Objects .NET SDK.
Integrate Business Objects API with Java applications
Work with Oracle tables for .Net applications.
Develop complex applications using a thorough understanding of a number of technologies.
Clear documentation for applications that will help future developers in modifying the code
Establish, maintain and evolve code standards
Gathers and continually improves cross-functional business area knowledge
The .Net developer WILL NOT be responsible for developing Business Objects reports.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years application development experience.
Strong understanding of the practical applications of .NET technologies for building an API.
Microsoft Visual Studio.NET experience
Strong working knowledge or certified expertise in the following development technologies: Microsoft ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#.NET, Oracle, Business Objects, XML, JavaScript, HTML/XHTML.
Business Objects API / SDK is a nice to have
Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
